effective.architecture essentially consists of the project planning and support during implementation and the technical project management.

The software architect is responsible for the entire project. This responsibility consists of everything from the platform selection to the application of different components such as data security, updates or the consideration of appropriate service levels for service level agreements (SLAs).

The technical project manager is also a part of the architectural team. He is responsible for the coordination of the technical implementation (gathering of requirements, programming, IT administration and associated tasks). He is also responsible for the coordination and communication between all the parties. These parties usually inlcudes a designated project manager from you company, participating designers and our development department.
