The Hub No AI Could See
CAMPAIGN
| Industry: | Specialty chemicals · automotive materials |
| Client: | Global chemicals group, Automotive business unit (anonymized) |
| Scope: | Measure AI visibility, remediate technical foundation, build and verify the answer layer |
| Region: | USA, Americas and EMEA |
STARTING POINT
Not a Weak Source - No Source at All
In industrial B2B, the shortlist forms inside the AI answer long before an inquiry ever comes in. The aiva run showed: 2,186 citations from 1,218 domains, not a single reference to the hub. Competitors were cited consistently on their own product pages. Visibility score 1.34 out of 10, rank 7 of twelve observed suppliers. Plus three named causes instead of a blanket content verdict.
SOLUTION
Four Layers, One Measurable Cycle
Measure with aiva. Decide what gets fixed. Build with aiga, with sign-off on every technical claim resting with the client's own engineers and product managers. Publish. Then measure again with the same instrument. What was addressed: technical foundation, content and answer layer, product entities, and presence beyond the client's own domain - simultaneously, because visibility fails at whichever layer is weakest.
RESULTS
- +62% organic clicks in July 2026 year-over-year (141 vs. 87), +44% in June
- Organic sessions roughly doubled in July, driven by the US, Germany and India
- 297 technical terms and 16 product entities live, each reachable from generic industry language
- 18 of 18 tag integrity checks passed, clean crawl, corrected indexing
- August 2026: three glossary pages among the top results of an AI search engine for battery enclosure terminology
For Comparison
The 2025 baseline stood at 964 clicks from 88,857 impressions and an average position of 26 - a domain with demand, but without the substance to earn it.
